CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER
Chispa is a creative education and inspiration platform founded by Madre Consulting, dedicated to empowering the creative community across Nicaragua and Latin America.
As Tour Coordinator, I led the end-to-end planning and execution of Chispa's first national tour in Nicaragua, a multi-city initiative bringing together creative leaders from 12 countries across three continents.

WHAT I EXECUTED
•Planned and coordinated a 5-event national tour across 3 regions (2 online, 3 in-person)
•Managed outreach, scheduling, and ongoing communication with speakers from Nicaragua, Mexico, the United States, Germany, Spain, Guatemala, Costa Rica, El Salvador, England, Peru, the Netherlands, Estonia, and Switzerland
•Led sponsor and volunteer relationships from onboarding through post-event follow-up
•Produced 6 hands-on workshops (1–2 hours each), coordinated directly with guest speakers for content alignment
•Managed full event logistics: venue coordination, scheduling, communications, and on-site execution
