Ladies, Wine & Design is a global non-profit initiative with chapters in more than 285 cities around the world. In Managua, we decided to open a branch, provide the space for mentoring and advocacy for women's work, and give more visibility to female talent. The main idea is to push the creative industry to have more women in leading roles.

In this project, I had the honor of being part of its foundation in Managua; my main job was to coordinate the project and develop alliances with brands and venues to develop monthly events.
